Paoletti oversees the superintendents and keeps a close eye on quality and schedules. “I keep the lines of communication open with the customers and make sure the quality of every job is where it’s supposed to be,” said Paoletti. Garcia and Noveska oversee the construction of homes from start to finish, including scheduling subcontractors and delivery of materials. Garcia is also the Warranty Manager, responsible for final walkthroughs with each client before a certificate of occupancy is issued “We always make sure the home is 100 percent up to the client’s satisfaction,” said Garcia. Fluent in Spanish, Garcia is available to work with customers more comfortable conversing in that language.

Permitting Manager, James Clasby is in charge of the permitting process for each project. He also handles marketing for the company. Working closing with Clasby is Executive Administrator and Office Manager, Paula O’Brien who is in charge of front and back office operations including accounting, technology, printing and assisting with scheduling.
